Nursery Applications

There are 60 places available in our nursery.  

Children are eligible to join our nursery the September following their 3rd birthday.

To apply, please call into our main reception, during normal school hours, to complete an application form.  Please bring with you your child's birth certificate or passport and a proof of address.

Closing date for applications 2019 is midday 15th March.  Applications received after this will be added to the waiting list.

Places for September 2019 will be allocated during the week commencing 18th March 2019.

How to apply for a School Place at West Drayton Academy

You can apply direct to the Council on line via: www.hillingdon.gov.uk/schools

or in person at the Civic Centre at High Street, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1UW

 

You can collect an application form directly from the school.  
Please complete the application form, including your Council Tax reference number, and return to the school together with the following documents:

  • Your child’s birth certificate or passport.
  • Parent/Legal Guardian’s visual identification e.g. Passport or Driving Licence.
  • Proof of Address
  • National Insurance Number


Visiting the School
Please telephone the school to arrange a visit.

Requesting Appeal Documentation
If your application has been unsuccessful you must make your appeal in writing: 

  • You can write a letter to West Drayton Academy and request the appropriate appeal form. 

Starting Primary School in September 2019

 

Applications are now being accepted and applications can be made on line via

http://www.hillingdon.gov.uk/schools

 

National offer day is Tuesday 16 April 2019.

If you applied online; you will receive an email on the evening of the 16 April advising you to log back into your eadmissions account to view and accept your offer. You will not receive an offer letter in the post and all relevant information will be available on the eadmissions website.
